An amazing Spa with brilliant facilities. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I was staying in one of the lodges so I was able to use the gym, the indoor pool, the lido, the sauna and steam room. All of which are pristine and clearly highly maintained. The cafe is cosy and refreshing with delicious beverages and cakes. I even had a cream tea where the scones were still warm. The actual Spa was great. As a first time user of a spa, the staff were friendly and informative. Brilliant facilities and friendly staff. I highly recommend everything at Una St Ives Spa.

Lovely visit with my daughter-in-law. The pools are gorgeous. The gym is very useful but the spa.... is to die for I had a facial and a body massage. I was so relaxed I couldn't get off the table Fabulous venue. Fantastic facilities. Gorgeous cafe. Definitely recommend to everyone.
Lovely Elemis facial, with professional friendly staff. Food is delicious from the Una restaurant. The new outdoor pool eating area (Cargo) are great on a sunny day. The menu outside is street food inspired and very tasty. It rarely gets busy, so even in the summer the spa and restaurant don't feel crouded. The spa and gym facilities are good.
What a great way to unwind and relax away from the stresses of life. Indoor, outdoor pool, spa, steam room, sauna and plenty of outdoor seating and bars for food and drink. Service is top notch. A slice of heaven away from the tourist madness.
